3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Indian phone number
• Have a legitimate business or professional purpose
• Have valid payment gateway credentials (Razorpay/Cashfree)
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Collecting payments for prohibited goods or services
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Payment Processing

WEBiz Solutions facilitates payment collection but does not process payments directly. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree).

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment gateway credentials
• Payment gateway fees are charged directly by the gateway provider
• Settlement timelines are determined by your payment gateway
• WEBiz Solutions is not responsible for payment gateway downtime or issues

7. Fees and Pricing

WEBiz Solutions offers both free and paid plans. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2%) are separate and charged by Razorpay/Cashfree.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WEBiz Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBiz Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Payment gateway failures or delays
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (for paid plans)
• Extended period of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
