This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to WEBiz Solutions platform services and payment transactions processed through our platform.
2. Platform Subscription Refunds
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges, therefore no refunds are applicable.
Professional Plan
- 14-Day Trial: No charges during trial period. Cancel anytime without payment.
- Monthly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
- Pro-rata Refunds: Not available for partial month usage.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the billing period.
Enterprise Plan
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the custom agreement.
3. Payment Transaction Refunds
Important Note
WEBiz Solutions is a payment link creation platform. We do NOT process payments directly. All payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree.
For Business Owners (Our Users)
If your customer requests a refund for a payment made through your WEBiz payment link:
- You must process the refund through your Razorpay or Cashfree dashboard
- WEBiz Solutions cannot process refunds on your behalf
- Refund timelines depend on your payment gateway (typically 5-7 business days)
- Payment gateway fees may or may not be refunded based on gateway policy
For End Customers
If you made a payment through a WEBiz payment link and need a refund:
- Contact the business/merchant directly who sent you the payment link
- WEBiz Solutions cannot process refunds for merchant transactions
- The merchant's refund policy applies to your transaction
4. How to Request a Refund
For Platform Subscription
- Email us at support@webizsolutions.com
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]"
- Include your registered phone number and reason for refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
For Payment Transactions
Contact the merchant directly or reach out to Razorpay/Cashfree support with your transaction ID.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Platform Subscription: 5-7 business days after approval
- Payment Transactions: As per payment gateway policy (typically 5-10 business days)
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees after 7 days of payment
- Payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay/Cashfree)
- Services already rendered
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
